Full Stack Development Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer Lead to join the Asset Management Investment Technology team in London. You will drive development of scalable, cloud-based investment platforms, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver solutions supporting portfolio management and trading.

• Lead end-to-end full stack development across cloud-native and hybrid systems
• Build scalable, secure APIs with strong monitoring and logging
• Develop rich UI components using framework such as React or Angular
• Manage AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (eg, Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS)
• Own production operations and applications, reviewing and approving all changes before deployment.
• Work with business and product teams to define requirements and convert into technical specs and delivery plans.
• Mentor developers across Front End, Back End, DevOps and drive automation to improve team efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors (eg, Aladdin, Snowflake) for integrations and support

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Extensive software engineering background with proven leadership and cross-team collaboration experience
• Strong full stack skills: Javascript (React/Angular), Node.js or Java/.NET/Python and SQL
• Hands-on AWS experience (eg, S3, Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch) and modern CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github Actions, Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Solid API development and integration experience
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium)
• Domain experience in asset management, investment banking, or wealth management, including Front Office systems (OMS, PMS, risk engines), ETF platforms, and fund life cycle processes
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Python, and event-driven architecture
• Exposure to regulatory reporting, ESG data, or performance attribution systems
