Collaborate with Finance, Business and IT counterparties to understand their needs and translate them into effective IT service strategies. Manage and monitor the IT service budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services and adherence to financial targets. Co-drive and support commercial negotiations for IT Services in scope Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and maintain the security and integrity of IT systems and data. Oversee the Consumer Data Requests (GDPR, CCPA) process in area.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business IT or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT service management.
