Support cross-channel projects including SEO enhancements, AI experimentation, and UX improvements. Innovation & Market ExpansionStay ahead of platform trends, regional user behavior, and emerging tools to identify acquisition
Requirements

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Chinese digital ecosystem, including the ability to assess new platforms as they emerge in the luxury and art space. Test and implement innovative tactics to drive qualified traffic and unlock new audiences across the region. IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES Experience in a performance marketing or media agency environment, with a strong grasp of cross-channel campaign execution. Direct experience managing marketing programs in Asia, with deep hands-on knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Baidu, Weibo, and WeChat; RED/Douyin experience is a strong plus. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Facebook Business Manager. Advanced Excel skills, including building forecasts, analyzing trends, and modeling performance scenarios. Demonstrated success managing media budgets and optimizing campaigns toward acquisition and ROI goals. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across creative, product, data, and regional business units. Fluency in both English, Chinese and/or Mandarin (written and spoken) is required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $85,000-$120,000. In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
