We are recruiting for a Principal/Executive Consultant to support our expanding portfolio of commissions in transport, utilities, higher education, and public sector infrastructure. If you're passionate about shaping strategic outcomes, delivering transformation, and working in a collaborative, high-performing team - this is your opportunity to make a difference., Proven experience in programme advisory, project delivery, or data analyticsSector knowledge in transport, utilities, water, aviation or public sector.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skillsContribute to a dynamic, inclusive team cultureStrong understanding of programme methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2, APM)Knowledge of UK Construction and Infrastructure delivery models such as NEC contractsCommercial awareness with the ability to balance risk, cost and value in client advisoryProficiency with programme controls tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS project, Power BI) desirableDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplineProfessional accreditation desirable (e.g APM, RICS, PMI, or equivalent)Experience working within a consultancy environment, ideally on major UK infrastructure or real-estate programmesStakeholder management skillsExperience managing teams or client engagements
