CYBER SECURITY ANALYST L4(CONTRACT)

• Provide hands-on expertise in OT/SCADA security, including network segmentation, endpoint protection, and secure remote access.
• Apply knowledge of microservices, cloud-native, and containerised environments to OT security.
• Utilise SIEM, vulnerability management, and threat detection tools in OT contexts.
• Define and implement secure network operations and access management policies for OT devices.
• Support OT asset inventory and maintenance, ensuring compliance with standards like IEC62443, ISA99, and NIST 800-82.
• Maintain relevant qualifications (e.g., CISSP/CISM, IEC62443, GICSP) and demonstrate proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Design and deliver secure OT solutions, ensuring alignment with HSBC's reference architecture.
• Act as a subject matter expert, mentor team members, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Lead the setup and continuous improvement of OT security controls, identify control gaps, and support remediation planning.
• Produce strong documentation, reusable templates, and technical risk assessments.

Present solutions confidently to design authorities and senior stakeholders.
