• 8+ years' practical experience on a web-based application
• Proficient with English (both verbal and written)
• Proficient with any back-end programming languages (i.E. C#, Java, Python, C++, etc.)
• Outstanding knowledge of software and application design and architecture
• Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both big picture and the details
• Experience with the database management tool SQL is a plus, but not mandatory
