Development Engineer Embedded Software

• Responsibility for the development of embedded functional software for controlling Rotax powertrains
• Management of software projects
• Development and integration of software modules in Matlab/Simulink and C
• Development of highly integrated tools for software generation
• Contribution to the software architecture for the next generation of control units
• Participation in shaping software development processes with regard to ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity

• Successfully completed a technical degree (FH, university) in software development or electrical engineering or mechatronics or physics or automotive engineering, etc.
• Know-how in designing processes for embedded software development
• Know-how of software development standards according to ASPICE, ISO 26262, and AUTOSAR
• Know-how in the field of multi-domain control units
• Understanding of electric and/or combustion powertrain technology is an advantage
• Very good English skills, German knowledge is very beneficial
• Proactive personality with enthusiasm for the powersports sector

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,962.32 € gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
