Job description
To enhance our successful Corporate IT Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate 1 SAP Architect CoE IT In your role, you will shape and maintain the organization's technology landscape by designing and aligning IT systems with business strategy. You will define architectural roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure seamless integration across domains with a strong focus on SAP architecture.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the architectural landscape and roadmap aligned with strategic objectives
- Design high-level architecture solutions and manage architectural artefacts (diagrams, documentation, guidelines)
- Govern technology transitions, migrations, and decommissioning with defined paths and rollbacks
- Implement risk management for critical interfaces and end-of-life technologies
- Validate and approve architectural concepts for projects and new technologies
- Manage integration and API strategies, including middleware and contract governance
- Own SAP data architecture, migration strategy, master data governance, and data protection measures
- Build capability through coaching, architecture reviews, and standards training, * A meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environment

Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, etc. and professional experience as an SAP Architect
- Deep SAP domain knowledge: S/4HANA, ECC migrations, SAP Cloud (BTP, CPI), integration patterns, middleware, API design
- Strong skills in data modeling, migration strategies, and governance
- Knowledge in networking, cloud computing, databases, OS, and software development
- Proficiency in system development life cycle methodologies
- Certifications (beneficial): TOGAF, ITIL, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect
- Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills
- Strong customer orientation and intercultural competence
