Test Analyst

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to define test conditions and acceptance criteria Design, write, and maintain test cases and test scenarios ensuring optimal coverage of requirements Prepare data sets and configure the environments necessary for test execution Execute functional, non-regression, and integration test campaigns (SIT / UAT) Identify, document, and track anomalies until their resolution, in close collaboration with development teams Actively participate in UAT phases with business teams and provide user support Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes and quality practices Produce clear and structured reporting on test progress, coverage, and identified risks Collaborate in an agile environment with project teams (PO, developers, architects, business)

• Minimum 5 years as a Test Analyst with solid testing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail needed.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business teams., Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst Strong experience in designing and executing functional tests Good understanding of Agile / Scrum environments Ability to analyze complex requirements and challenge specifications Rigor, analytical mindset, and attention to detail Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, ALM or equivalent) Knowledge of API testing or automation (BDD, Gherkin, Selenium, Cucumber…) is a plus Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders Fluent French is mandatory
