• Define and own the product data model for our systems.

More about the role

• Define and own the product data model, including data sourcing, logging, and relationships between system components

• Design scalable and robust data structures across hearing systems to enable AI-ready data

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and testability across the full data pipeline

• Drive the validation of data and reliability of insights used for decision-making

• Provide technical leadership and guidance across data architecture and engineering teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data design with business and product needs

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science or related field required.

• Extensive experience in software and data architecture needed.

• Strong communication skills to align technical teams., * MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Extensive experience in software and data architecture at a senior level

• Proven experience designing data models in IoT, healthcare, or wearable device environments

• Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders

• Experience working across multiple technical domains and complex systems
