Systems Engineer Windows Applications

We as the Office for Information Technology are looking for a Systems Engineer for Windows application operations to start immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for the operation and 2nd-level support of Windows applications and ensure availability
• You independently implement customer projects and take technical responsibility - from planning to application integration
• You analyze complex incidents, support our customers with changes, and ensure high service quality

• Education or training in computer science and experience in technical application operations
• Solid knowledge of Windows servers and the most common automation tools
• Networked, analytical thinking as well as a structured and team-oriented working style
• Strong perseverance and a hands-on mentality - you tackle challenges with pleasure
• Willingness for occasional assignments outside regular working hours
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
