Job description
In our Risk & Fraud business unit, we develop SaaS solutions that help banks and insurance companies identify risks early and effectively prevent fraud. Our software is used in highly regulated, business-critical environments and therefore must meet the highest standards in terms of stability, security, and scalability.
You will join a cross-functional, autonomous turnkey product team working in a Product Operating Model. The product is developed and operated jointly by all team members, who share code ownership and operational responsibility.
As a DevOps Engineer (all genders), you ensure a reliable, automated, and secure operation of our platforms.
What you can move with us:
- You design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines for our SaaS services.
- Together with the team, you take ownership of the infrastructure - from setup and operation to continuous optimization.
- You work with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) to create reproducible and stable environments.
- You share responsibility for the development and operation of specific services and application services built within the team.
- You ensure monitoring, reliability, security, and compliance across our platforms.
- You collaborate closely with other team members to bring secure, high-performance, and reliable services into production.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Software Engineering role.
- A very good understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) in agile, product-driven environments.
- Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of the Product Operating Model (e.g. product ownership, continuous value delivery, outcome-oriented metrics).
- A strong continuous improvement mindset and high willingness to learn.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
Technical stack / focus areas:
- CI/CD & automation (design, implementation, maintenance, and operation).
- Cloud & Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform).
- Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Monitoring, reliability, security & compliance, including data protection and operational risks.
