Job description

In our Risk & Fraud business unit, we develop SaaS solutions that help banks and insurance companies identify risks early and effectively prevent fraud. Our software is used in highly regulated, business-critical environments and therefore must meet the highest standards in terms of stability, security, and scalability.

You will join a cross-functional, autonomous turnkey product team working in a Product Operating Model. The product is developed and operated jointly by all team members, who share code ownership and operational responsibility.

As a DevOps Engineer (all genders), you ensure a reliable, automated, and secure operation of our platforms.

What you can move with us:

  • You design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines for our SaaS services.
  • Together with the team, you take ownership of the infrastructure - from setup and operation to continuous optimization.
  • You work with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) to create reproducible and stable environments.
  • You share responsibility for the development and operation of specific services and application services built within the team.
  • You ensure monitoring, reliability, security, and compliance across our platforms.
  • You collaborate closely with other team members to bring secure, high-performance, and reliable services into production.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Software Engineering role.
  • A very good understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) in agile, product-driven environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of the Product Operating Model (e.g. product ownership, continuous value delivery, outcome-oriented metrics).
  • A strong continuous improvement mindset and high willingness to learn.
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken.

Technical stack / focus areas:

  • CI/CD & automation (design, implementation, maintenance, and operation).
  • Cloud & Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform).
  • Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Monitoring, reliability, security & compliance, including data protection and operational risks.

Benefits & conditions

  • Flexible working hours, hybrid work, workation, sabbatical
  • U3 daycare as well as childcare subsidy
  • Urban Sports Club membership and other health/sports offers e.g. bike leasing
  • Long-term development prospects with a wide range of further training opportunities
  • Varied, healthy and subsidized lunch in our canteen
  • Large INFORM summer party, company and team events as well as a Christmas party
