In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Act as the key liaison between our project teams and R&D, playing a central role in optimizing our modeling tools and software stacks in line with market requirements.
- Serve as the technical expert and point of reference for our project teams.
- Work closely with R&D to further develop and enhance our model-based development toolchain.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A graduate degree in electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics, communications engineering, or a comparable field - or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development, system design, or a comparable role.
- Strong programming skills in LabVIEW and Python.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Background in aerospace test environments or model-based system engineering.
