• Backend Engineering Expertise: Several years of hands-on backend development experience with preferably strong proficiency in PHP, particularly using the Symfony framework., * Cloud & DevOps Practices: Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and modern DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly valued.
• Event-Driven Architecture (Bonus): Familiarity with Kafka or similar event-driven messaging systems is considered a strong advantage.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Solid understanding of automated testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, with a focus on delivering reliable and high-quality software aligned with overall quality standards.
• Product-Oriented Mindset: A strong focus on building solutions that deliver measurable value for users and business outcomes.
