Provide support to action center deployment to retailers in Benelux, Italy, Iberia, Austria, Czech, Slovakia, Germany, France, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall project goals within the region., * Deployment Planning: Develop and lead market-specific rollout plans, define milestones, and manage resources
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with global, regional, and local teams to ensure effective implementation and adoption
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for deployment updates, challenges, and reporting
- Training & Support: Lead training sessions and provide hands-on support during virtual classroom sessions and deployment phases
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress using tools like Tableau, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain contingency plans
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and implement enhancements to the deployment process
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, automotive economics or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry Thorough understanding of business processes and models in the automotive industry
- Experience in project or change management in a multinational environment
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel within the EU if required
- Background in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with cross-functional and intercultural teams
- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Tableau, reporting dashboards)
- Ability to lead training and support virtual learning environments
- Problem solving and risk management skills
