• 3+ years hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4)

• Solid understanding of Java, JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, and integration patterns (API, EAI, ETL, ESB)

• Proficiency in DataWeave 2.0 for complex transformations

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka, JMS, or similar event streaming platforms

• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth 2.0, TLS/mTLS, secure property handling

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes (Git, Maven, build/deployment pipelines)

• A strong customer-focused mindset, with an ability to understand and address client needs effectively and having a European/International Customer Experience

• Proven ability to coordinate projects, align IT and business stakeholders, and drive requirements and solutions to completion
