Job description

  • Craft and guide the vision for Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud, aligning it with our commercial goals.
  • Go beyond classical product ownership: Work together in a small team with our Salesforce Engineer and contribute to areas such as process mapping, solution design, testing, support, and stakeholder consulting
  • Develop and communicate a clear Salesforce roadmap, delivering quick wins while driving impactful long-term enhancements.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and development tasks that inspire your team.
  • Evaluate technical options and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions to simplify and elevate processes.
  • Act as the bridge between Sales and IT, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Foster continuous improvement by monitoring platform performance and driving optimization and innovation.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * University degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a related field.

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot, confidently navigating and improving CRM processes.
  • Strong understanding of integrated IT landscapes, including business processes, interfaces, and technical integrations.
  • Proven experience with API-driven system integrations and agile project environments, ideally using tools like JIRA.
  • Proactive mindset, technical curiosity, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
  • Service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude towards colleagues and customers.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
