Job description

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex, mission-critical applications. Your work will cover functional, integration, and automated testing, collaborating closely with business, development, and operations teams.

Key focus areas include:

Recent, hands-on experience in Swiss insurance projects
Analysis and validation of business processes, data flows, and interfaces
Design, execution, and documentation of test cases and defects in line with regulatory standards
Automation using modern frameworks, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines
Active contribution in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe)

Requirements

5+ years experience in QA / Test Automation within insurance, banking, or other highly regulated sectors, ideally Swiss insurance
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience with Jira, Xray, Confluence, ALM/Quality Center, Azure DevOps
Comfortable with scripting and automation (VBA, Shell, Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript)
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent German and English
