Job description

We're looking for a Senior Application Developer (Java) to join an output management migration project. In this role, you'll develop, migrate, and maintain interactive kwsoft M/TEXT TONIC templates, translating business and functional requirements into modern, stable, and maintainable solutions.

What you'll do:

Migrate existing templates from legacy systems to M/TEXT TONIC
Test and validate templates in close collaboration with the business
Develop complex templates for automated batch processing
Continuously improve development standards and processes
Collaborate with a tech-savvy, agile team in a dynamic environment

Requirements

5+ years experience in output management (M/TEXT TONIC experience highly desirable)
Strong Java skills (or equivalent languages)
Solid experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and Git
Agile mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills (SAFe is a plus)
Fluent German (written & spoken)
