Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a (Senior) Data Analyst who loves turning data into actionable insights. In this role, you'll work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and product teams to understand their needs and translate them into analyses and technical concepts that support key strategic decisions. You'll take ownership of KPIs, reporting, and dashboards, while leveraging modern data tools like dbt and Snowflake. With your strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and visualization, you will not only deliver meaningful insights but also help optimize processes and shape data-driven initiatives across the company. is you as a person. Your tasks: Work closely with product development, sales, business development, and data engineering teams to ensure alignment and deliver impactful insights. Develop, implement, automate and analyze relevant KPIs and visualize them in (ad-hoc) reports and Tableau dashboards. Analyze business processes and customer behavior to uncover opportunities and support strategic initiatives. Design and implement scalable data pipelines (Snowflake, DBT) Take end-to-end responsibility for your projects-from concept and implementation to documentation and presentation of results. Share best practices, support junior analysts, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization. Your skills: B.Sc. or higher degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a comparable field with a strong analytical orientation. Several years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data processing and modeling preferably using Snowflake and dbt. Solid experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI. Skills in Python or R and familiarity with job automation tools are a strong plus. Ability to understand complex business challenges, translate them into data solutions, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. A passion for high-quality solutions, attention to detail, and best practices in QA and documentation (e.g., Confluence, Git).
