Job description
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for colleagues and users
- Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux systems
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure such as servers, networks and cloud environments
- Implement IT security solutions to protect systems and data
- Analyze, document and resolve IT incidents quickly and efficiently
- Create and maintain clear and user-friendly IT documentation
- Support IT projects including system upgrades, cloud migrations and new technology rollouts
Requirements
- Strong interest in IT and technology, suitable for beginners, career changers and experienced candidates
- Willingness to learn and develop your IT skills
- Enjoy working with colleagues and helping them with IT issues
- Good problem solving skills and a structured way of working
- German language skills at least B1 and good English skills
- Optional but beneficial: experience in IT support, system administration, networking, cloud technologies or IT security
