Snr Back End Engineer

• Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and operations teams
• Design and build scalable APIs and services powering customer-facing and internal tools
• Ensure reliability and performance of critical systems (ordering, payments, operations)

Do you have experience in Python?, * 5+ years of experience in backend development

• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems

Technical Skills

• Solid experience with GCP (or similar cloud platforms)
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and asynchronous systems
• Experience with monitoring, performance optimization, and system reliability
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures is a plus

AI & Modern Tooling

• Experience coding with LLM-assisted tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
• Interest in integrating AI into backend systems and workflows
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and system capabilities, * Autonomy & Ownership: Able to drive projects independently end-to-end
• Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally
• Product ownership mindset: Acts as a product builder, not just an implementer, challenges requirements, understands user and business impact, and takes responsibility for delivering the right solution
