The Role

As the

IT Assistant , you will be the friendly first point of contact for all technical queries. Your day-to-day will involve:Providing hands-on

Helpdesk

support for the full

Microsoft 365

suite and remote systems.

Managing device compliance and deployments using

Intune

and

Apple Business Manager .

Administering user identities and security permissions via

Microsoft Entra

(formerly Azure AD).

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows 11, Mac OS, and iOS devices.

Supporting the IT Manager with device procurement, patching, and Cyber Essentials compliance.
