Requirements
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and can confidently manage workloads both independently and as part of a team.
You'll ideally have:
3-5 years' MSP experience (essential)Strong knowledge of:Windows Client & Server OSMicrosoft 365 & AzureNetworking (LAN/WAN, wireless & wired technologies)Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and a client-focused approachGood organisational and time management abilitiesA proactive, flexible, and adaptable mindset
Requirements:
Full UK driving licenceWillingness to travel between client sitesAbility to obtain an enhanced DBS checkMicrosoft certifications (desirable)Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
