Salesforce Developer

shaping the future of our Salesforce platform, collaborating with Engineering Managers, Developers, Admins and Consultants. You will guide how technical solutions are built, supporting the team and mentoring junior members.You'll work closely with two Engineering Managers who are responsible for "Design & Build" and "DevOps, QA, and Support," as well as, for a period, Salesforce Consultants delivering larger-scale developments. This is a hands-on role, requiring a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and mentorship.What you will be doing Technical Development:Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs. Solution Design:Collaborate with stakeholders and other Engineers to design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. Code Review:Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Platform Maintenance:Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Mentorship:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Collaboration:Work closely with teams across "Design & Build," "DevOps, QA, and Support," and consultant-led workstreams to deliver seamless solutions. Innovation:Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, features, and trends, bringing innovative ideas to the platform. Problem-Solving: Addressand resolve technical challenges, providing solutions that align with business objectives. Documentation:Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for technical designs, processes, and best practices.
