Technical Product Manager - AI Platforms - GenAI Developer Platform

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to shape and execute the vision and roadmap for our Generative AI application development lifecycle. As a product manager, you will focus on the end-to-end user experience, share ownership of the product roadmap for our AI Platforms, and build out new features, capabilities, and integrations to fulfill our mission. You'll be making decisions on how to streamline the GenAI developer workflow around tools, agents, evaluation, and more. You will work in a group of other highly motivated product managers that work on a range of adjacent projects around AI application development. You will interact very closely with internal stakeholders from product, engineering, and UX. This is a high-leverage role in a very cross-functional environment, so you'll need to be comfortable wearing many hats and balancing technical expertise with business acumen. We'll trust you to

• Develop a long-term technical strategy, roadmap, framework, design patterns, tools for improving the developer experience for GenAI applications
• Partner closely with AI product and engineering teams to accelerate their critical projects
• Interact with internal users and diverse group of partners to understand their workflows and technical requirements, and develop a deep understanding of an ideal user experience
• Foster a culture of collaboration with your Engineering and UX counterparts
• Prioritize, plan, make decisions, ask the right questions, and understand how to plan for and manage resources effectively
• Take the initiative, be proactive, be inclusive, innovate, advocate, understand the priorities for the business, and do what's best for Bloomberg

Do you have experience in UX?, * 5+ years of experience in technical product management

• Experience working with developer teams and productionizing AI or other data-intensive applications
• Breadth of knowledge or familiarity with GenAI platforms, MLOps platforms, AI toolkits
• Deep understanding of software development best practices
• Organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate and work with engineers, UX, subject matter experts, other product managers, and senior management
• A product-driven focus and track record of shaping business strategy and roadmaps for technical products

We'd love to see

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, HCI, AI, similar field of study or equivalent work experience
• Experience with GenAI technologies like MCP, A2A, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI APIs and SDKs
• Applied experience with AI, Machine Learning, familiarity with large language models and their operational requirements
• Experience with Distributed Systems, Kubernetes, container orchestration, cloud computing platforms, experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Open source involvement or community presence
