Job description
You will lead the data function through a period of change, ensuring stable, high-quality product and supply chain data across the business. Expect to:

Lead and develop a team covering data engineering and master data.

Oversee product, stock, and supply chain data structures and governance.

Manage data flows across SmartSheet, the ERP environment, and the Snowflake data lake.

Support the NetSuite implementation, including testing, readiness, and post go-live stability.

Drive improvements in data pipelines, integration, governance, and architecture.

Partner closely with finance, technology, product, and supply chain teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.

Requirements
You will bring strong commercial experience in:
-
Product-related data, including materials, dimensions, SKUs, and pricing.
-
Inventory, stock, or supply chain data environments.
-
Data leadership within B2C, retail, consumer goods, footwear, apparel, or similarly complex product-led sectors.

ERP environments, ideally with exposure to NetSuite or major ERP transformation programmes.

Leading small teams and managing cross-functional data requirements.

Understanding data engineering concepts, pipelines, integrations, and BI tooling.
Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, SmartSheet, Power Query, SQL, or Python is beneficial.
