Enabling the development and delivery of a global Engineering strategy to support the client's business ensuring maximum uptime and system continuity.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesActs as 'Trusted Advisor' and technical expert to the client team at all senior levels including GBSS Leadership and end user stakeholders.Ensures delivery of contractual commitments including uptime, reporting, service delivery, KPI compliance. Direct responsibility for global leadership via a team of regional engineers through a regional / functional matrix management structure.Ensures Engineering compliance with scope of remit.Provides development of account Engineering strategy in alignment with the contract, continuous improvement and reflection of client needs.Leads technical investigations, compiles, and presents reports and recommendations when required.Ensures consistency of delivery through standardization of Engineering processes, training, and awareness.Engages with peer group across CBRE to develop a strong network to identify improvements for the account and contribute to the success of the wider organization.Drive the implementation of Best Practices globally.Perform audit on processes/ tools/ etc. that have been implemented in the different Regions/ LocationsPerforms other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesProvides formal supervision to direct reports. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action, and termination.
