Overview The Security Analyst will play a key role in supporting the operational and financial functions of the Security Team. This role combines workforce management and administrative duties to ensure smooth and effective operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Role

• Be responsible for the overall day to day running of the centralised mailbox and ticketing of requests, once they have been triaged by the Senior Information Security Operations Analyst
• Working with other members of the team to support them as appropriate on inflight initiatives, and assisting with tracking of their progress
• Build strong relationships with wider teams across the business to foster collaboration and support
• Work with the Senior Information Security Operations Analyst to assist with compiling and storage of all Financial documents, including supportive work with the tracking of finances
• Work effectively as both an independent contributor and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team
• Provide support during team projects and assist in achieving departmental objectives
• Support the Senior Information Security Operations Analyst in their role, assisting where possible with any Issues or Actions of the function which are being worked on, All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:

• Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;
• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
• Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
• Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
