A leading independent, pan-European debt advisory firm is looking to hire an Analyst to join its London team. The platform advises private equity sponsors and leveraged corporates across Europe, with a strong track record of delivering complex financing solutions across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions.
The team is recognised for its highly technical, hands-on approach and offers exposure to a consistent and high-quality deal flow, working closely with senior bankers and clients from day one.
The Role
You will be involved in advising on a broad range of transactions including primary financings, refinancings, restructurings, and strategic financing reviews. The role offers exposure across the full capital structure, including bank loans, unitranche, bonds, subordinated debt, asset-backed financing and other structured solutions.
Working in lean deal teams, you will gain end-to-end exposure across the transaction lifecycle, from origination through to execution., * Supporting the execution of debt advisory mandates, working closely with sponsors, corporates, lenders and advisors
- Building and reviewing detailed financial models to assess capital structures and debt capacity
- Preparing client materials including teasers, information memoranda and financing option analyses

Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience within leveraged finance, debt advisory, corporate finance or a relevant accounting background
- Strong financial modelling skills, particularly within cash flow-based lending
- Solid understanding of credit analysis and debt structures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities
- A proactive, intellectually curious mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are advantageous
