This is a Full Time position based in London. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI. This role has a dual reporting line into both Global Measurement Leads and is accountable to all EU LOB (line of business) Client Leaders.RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely
with the global measurement leads to develop and lead our Measurement vision and proposition across EUOwn the collaboration across EU Amazon LOBs to ensure consistent measurement standards, share learnings, and leverage scalable solutions that drive efficiency and alignment across teams, connecting in to other regions.Be responsible for translating client briefs to identify the most appropriate measurement methodologies including brand lift, digital attribution, and measurement & derivation of various exposure metrics such as multi-media reach, attention & other metrics.Evaluate measurement capabilities, ensuring a solid understanding of their statistical robustness and limitations.Develop clear and comprehensive measurement frameworks and learning agendas to define success metrics for campaigns and brand performance.Anticipate client needs by proactively identifying future challenges and opportunities in measurement. Provide strategic guidance to keep the team ahead of
