What You'll Do

  • Build & Maintain: Manage the day-to-day health of our website (CMS-based), ensuring fast load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and zero downtime.
  • Content Strategy: Work closely with Marketing to build new pages, update copy, and manage our visual assets.
  • Technical SEO: Optimise site structure and metadata to ensure we're leading the pack in search rankings.
  • User Experience (UX): Use data and heatmaps to constantly improve how visitors navigate our site.
  • Security & Compliance: Manage hosting, SSL certificates, and GDPR compliance.

Requirements

  • Experienced: You have 3+ years managing corporate websites (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS).
  • Technical: You're comfortable with HTML/CSS and understand the basics of JavaScript.
  • Analytical: You live in Google Analytics and Search Console to measure what's working.
  • Detail-Oriented: You spot a broken link or a typo from a mile away.
  • A Problem Solver: When a plugin breaks or a form stops working, you're the first to dive in and fix it.
