Job description
We are looking for motivated Site Engineers who want to take ownership of construction projects from start to finish. You'll be at the heart of delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient work on site, using the latest digital design tools and systems.
This role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills, mentor junior engineers, and be part of a collaborative team where your ideas and problem-solving abilities are valued. You'll gain hands-on experience across surveying, setting out, inspections, and approvals - making every day challenging and rewarding.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Carry out surveying, setting out, inspections, and approvals.
- Prepare temporary works design briefs and red-line drawings.
- Plan your works and produce 3-month lookahead schedules.
- Maintain accurate and detailed site records, keeping the team informed.
