Create and update installation manuals, drawings and other application guidance

Validate product applications and provide clear performance and limitation guidance

Develop improved installation methods and support demand-creation activities

Coordinate application-related product testing and compliance topics

Support technical approvals, certifications and documentation

Manage mock-ups, site support and other application-driven projects

Lead the Technical Application Matrix and ensure aligned global communication

Your Profile Engineering degree or German Master Craftsman qualification

5+ years' experience in insulation or cladding industries with strong hands-on application expertise

Solid knowledge of craftsmen techniques and insulation application (thermal, acoustic, fire)

Strong communication and training delivery skills

Industry accreditations (e.g., TICA, CINI, EiiF) and experience with certification processes are a plus

Skilled in technical drawings (CAD or similar), solid Office 365 skills and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Fluent English; basic German or other European languages are beneficial
