Associate Data Scientist

• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data science solutions
• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business growth
• Contribute to the development and implementation of machine learning models and data-driven approaches
• Support and enhance existing models, workflows, and data pipelines
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously learn and develop your capabilities in machine learning, experimentation, and SQL, * Deliver measurable business value through the application of machine learning models
• Contribute to improvements in key metrics such as NR1 uplift, occupancy, AWR, and churn reduction
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Pricing, Search, Marketing, and CRM to drive data-informed decisions
• Improve and scale data science models and pipelines
• Support innovation and experimentation across the organisation

We're looking for someone who brings:

• A foundational understanding of machine learning and statistical concepts
• Experience using SQL and Python for data analysis and model development
• A degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar quantitative field
• Familiarity with testing and experimentation principles
• The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A collaborative and proactive approach to getting things done
