Operational Security Engineer Senior

• Support and service delivery in risk and security-related domains, including End-User Access modeling and provisioning, Privileged Access modeling and provisioning, Authentication/Authorization, Access Recertification, Vulnerability management, Risk management, and Security monitoring.
• Act as a 2nd/3rd-line Support Engineer, assisting with daily activities, scripting, and technical documentation such as secure standard documents, audit evidence, standard operating procedures, end-user and helpdesk documentation.
• Manage the lifecycle of squad applications, working with technologies such as Windows OS and SQL Server DB, Java/.Net, PHP/Javascript, VB Excel, Windows Batch/Powershell, and security monitoring tools.
• Perform security monitoring and analysis of events, incidents, and problems.
• Contribute to the migration of assets to group cloud infrastructure.
• Provide third-line security support and incident response for authentication, authorization, and vulnerability issues.
• Participate in Critical Asset Recovery, Disaster Recovery Exercises, DORA, and related activities.
• Manage risk and vulnerability, including closing risks, contributing to audit campaigns, control plans, and reporting to management and stakeholders.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity Operations.
• Fluent in English; French is preferred but not mandatory; Dutch is not required.

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory: Technical skills prioritized during selection.
• Preferable: Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) Solutions, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), IAM workflows, recertification, reconciliation, non-standard rights management, Data Protection, Forensic, SIEM, antimalware and EDR solutions, security alert and incident management, encryption, network security, firewall administration, vulnerability management, security architecture.

Business Experience:

• Solid/expert knowledge of authentication and authorization, IAM RBAC, scripting (batch, PowerShell), CyberArk, IT-Security principles and best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of computer networking, Active Directory, Red Hat IdM, Tomcat, and IIS.
• Preferable: Knowledge of monitoring tools (SCOM, Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, Splunk), anti-malware and EDR solutions (Trellix, Tanium, Qualys), SharePoint, ServiceNow, Sailpoint IIQ, GitLab, and CICD pipelines.
