We are seeking a hands-on, reliable, and service-oriented Junior Operations & Community Manager to support the day-to-day activities of our coworking and business center operations in Zug and Vaduz. This role focuses on operational execution, member experience, administrative tasks, and facility support.
You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that combines hospitality, office administration, and client interaction. If you have a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and flexibility, this position is for you.
As part of the CV Labs Operations team, you will gain exposure to the full operational lifecycle of a business centre environment, including workspace services, client onboarding, administrative processes, and additional service offerings that support member companies. This provides valuable insight into how operational excellence contributes directly to client satisfaction and business growth., Operations & Administration
- Execute daily operational tasks across the premises in Zug and Vaduz
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for members (contracts, access badges, documentation, system updates)
- Manage postal services, including mail reception, sorting, notifications, and distribution
- Maintain accurate internal records, CRM data, and administrative files
- Support basic accounting tasks (invoice preparation, payment follow-ups, expense tracking support)
Client & Community Support
- Act as a front-facing contact for members, visitors, and service providers
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with hospitality standards
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person
- Support relationship management with existing clients
- Handle client requests efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Provide occasional operational assistance to the events team (setup, logistics, guest support)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in operations, administration, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Client-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable with administrative tools, spreadsheets, and digital systems
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
Languages
- English: Professional proficiency
- German: Good working knowledge
- Additional languages: Advantage
