DevOps Engineer - Kubernetes, Linux & Hybrid Infrastructure (On-Prem & Cloud)

• Work partly on-site as part of a hybrid work setup, maintaining and supporting on-prem systems
• Manage and expand our Kubernetes-based cloud environments in Europe and China
• Collaborate with our development team to support services, deployments, and platform reliability
• Drive automation initiatives within the DevOps environment
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automation and data analysis
• Tech Stack: Linux, Kubernetes, Rancher, RKE2, Proxmox, Ceph, Python, Shell, Ansible

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Solid experience operating self-managed Kubernetes clusters (ideally Rancher / RKE2)
• Strong scripting and programming skills for automation (Shell, Python, Ansible)
• Experience with infrastructure and deployment automation
• Experience with virtualization and distributed storage
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Fluent in English (team language)
• German language skills a plus
