Senior Enterprise Architect

At Merkle DACH, due to growing demand we are maturing our Client Advisory & Enterprise Architecture services as part of a newly formed and growing tech team. Currently we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead large-scale IT architecture transformations for our manufacturing clients (e.g. machinery, electronics, fabrication). You will shape holistic technology strategies, modernize legacy landscapes, and ensure solutions align with business goals. As a Leader of Leaders, you will guide teams and stakeholders through complex IT transformations. • Align technical solutions with business objectives, mission, and vision.

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies.

• Establish and enforce architecture governance and standards.

• Collaborate with other architects to ensure consistent, integrated solutions.

• Provide expert guidance, mentor colleagues, and build architectural capability.

Do you have experience in TOGAF?, * 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, leading large-scale transformations.

• Design and/or delivery experience with two or more of CMS, DAM, eCommerce, PIM, MDM, CRM, Process/Data Integration & Automation

• Strong SAP expertise: integration design, ERP SD processes, data migration, or cloud migration (e.g. S/4HANA).

• Experience in working in or with the manufacturing vertical (discrete manufacturing a strong plus).

• Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.) and modern IT architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent German and strong English skills.
