React Native Tech Lead

If you're ready for a challenge and enjoy a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of app developers.Deep understanding of React workflows (such as Flux & Redux).Develop and implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions for an outstanding user experience.Release applications to both iOS and Google Play stores.Solve complex React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.Maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.Qualifications and Experience:3+ years of professional experience with React Native.3+ years of professional software development experience.Hands-on experience with front-end development tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.).Strong understanding of software development best practices.A passion for speed and efficiency-milliseconds matter!Experience working in agile teams.End-to-end experience, from coding to app store releases.Proficient with Git version control.Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Proficiency in English (B2-C1 Level)Strong attention to detail, with a focus on usability, security, and reliability.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.Self-motivated, driven individual with a passion for excellence.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Master of jokes and GIFs!
