Requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Three to six years of professional experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Quality in non-academic settings.
  • Strong proficiency in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Modeling applied to healthcare operations.
  • Expert level skills in Python programming and experience building GenAI systems (RAG, VectorDB, LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Claude).
  • Hands-on knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI frameworks like Langchain and Langgraph.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining data pipelines using SQL, PySpark, and Pandas.
  • Experienced in project management with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural team environment with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.

You will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge data science and AI solutions that drive the future of healthcare operations across development, manufacturing, supply, and quality of biopharmaceutical products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and external consultants, you will lead projects from prototype to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your expertise will be key in designing advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and generative AI applications tailored to complex healthcare challenges. You will communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
