Job description
A Supply Chain Planning Systems Architect designs and governs technology solutions (like SAP Integrated Business Planning, and S/4HANA, integration platforms) to optimize end-to-end supply chain planning processes (forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, etc.), bridging business needs with technical reality, ensuring scalability, security, and integration, and leading roadmap development for digital transformation. Key duties include creating systems, data and process architectural blueprints, defining data flows, selecting technologies (enterprise, analytics, AI, etc.), ensuring adherence to standards, and collaborating with business and IT leaders for strategic alignment., * Strategy & Vision: Develop the architecture vision and roadmap for the digital supply chain, aligning with enterprise goals.
- Design & Architecture: Create detailed system designs, blueprints, and models for complex supply chain applications (SAP IBP, S/4HANA, MS4, etc.).
- Integration Leadership: Design integration strategies, data contracts, and APIs for seamless data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and recommend new technologies (AI, analytics. Etc.) to improve efficiency and innovation.
- Governance & Standards: Lead design governance, ensuring solutions meet security, reliability, and scalability standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Solution Delivery: Oversee end-to-end design for major initiatives, from concept to implementation.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in SAP systems capabilities is preferred
- Artificial intelligence acumen required and direct experience building AI solutions preferred.
- Advanced communication and influence skills. Including the proven ability to influence change., * Five-year or master's degree in supply chain management, Computer science, Engineering, or any other related discipline.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Extensive experience in supply chain planning (forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, etc.) solution architecture and autonomous planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of ERP (SAP IBP, S/4HANA a plus), integration platforms, data management, and modern software engineering.
- Architectural Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks like SAP, HANA, Data Lake,. and data engineering integration between.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to drive strategic change.
- Supply Chain Planning domain expertise is required
- Deep expertise in SAP systems capabilities is preferred
- Artificial intelligence acumen required and direct experience building AI solutions preferred.
- Advanced communication and influence skills. Including the proven ability to influence change.
