As a Robot Framework Automation Engineer, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts using open-source Robot Framework.

• Create and manage reusable keywords and resource files within Robot Framework for scalable automation.

• Build and extend Python-based custom libraries to support automation requirements.

• Assist in the analysis and migration of existing UiPath workflows to Robot Framework under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Implement logging, exception handling, and retry mechanisms following automation standards and best practices.

• Work on automation use cases involving web applications, APIs, file processing, Excel operations, and email-based workflows.

• Perform unit testing and integration testing of automation scripts to ensure reliability and stability.

• Troubleshoot automation issues, identify root causes, and document solutions.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, automation runbooks, and implementation guidelines.

• 4-6 years of overall experience in automation engineering, QA automation, or RPA-related development.

• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework (open-source) for automation development.

• Strong working knowledge of Python for automation scripting and custom keyword creation.

• Basic experience in web automation, including selectors, waits, and browser interactions.

• Experience in API automation with REST services and data formats such as JSON and XML.

• Working knowledge of UiPath Studio and understanding of RPA workflow concepts.

• Understanding of logging, exception handling, and automation best practices.

You should possess the ability to:

• Design and develop reliable automation scripts and reusable components.

• Support the migration of RPA workflows from UiPath to Robot Framework environments.

• Identify and resolve automation issues through systematic troubleshooting.

• Work with multiple automation use cases across web, API, files, and enterprise workflows.

• Collaborate effectively with development, QA, and automation teams.

• Maintain clear technical documentation and automation standards.
