Senior DevOps Engineer - Preston

You'll be responsible for establishing and governing DevOps standards across engineering teams, ensuring delivery is fast, secure, repeatable and resilient. Acting as the bridge between engineering, cloud, security and architecture, you'll play a critical role in enabling teams to deliver at pace with confidence.

You'll also lead and develop a team of DevOps Engineers, driving consistency, capability growth and operational excellence., * Own and evolve DevOps tooling, particularly Azure DevOps

• Define and govern CI/CD standards, pipelines and release processes
• Lead deployment, environment and release management strategies
• Establish SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs and error budgets
• Drive observability, monitoring and incident management improvements
• Act as incident lead for major platform issues
• Build and mentor a high-performing DevOps function

• Strong DevOps leadership experience in complex environments
• Deep expertise in CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of SRE principles and reliability engineering
• Proven track record of improving platform performance and resilience
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
