Test Engineer

r\nEssential Skills/Experience:\r\n \r\n

• Experience with at least one high-level programming language (e.g.\n\nC#, Java or Python)\r\n
• Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach\r\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams\r\n
• Demonstrable enthusiasm for technology and working in a dynamic environment\r\n
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop\r\n
• First class degree holder within a related discipline\r\n

• Take ownership of testing processes and technical project delivery\r\n
• Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks and internal tooling\r\n
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, quantitative teams and infrastructure specialists\r\n
• Interpret business requirements and apply sound judgement to deliver effective solutions\r\n
• Challenge and improve existing systems and processes through innovation and technical excellence\r\n
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies\r\n
