Main tasks: Lead design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions. Shape best-practice solutions, guide design decisions, and contribute directly to configuration, testing, and deployment. Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions. Oversee and coordinate internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure delivery quality and project success. Participate in blueprinting, project leadership, and steering implementation activities from start to go-live. Ensure end-to-end accountability for finance and controlling processes, system customization, and solution integration.

Collaborate across functions to identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficient business solutions. Maintain hands-on involvement with SAP FI/CO functionalities within an S/4HANA environment. Demonstrate adaptability to evolving business landscapes and dynamic project requirements. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and make informed decisions. Exhibit proactive mindset, self-driven approach, and motivation to take ownership of hands-on work. Pursue continuous learning and expand knowledge across related business and technical areas. Your qualifications: Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Financial Accounting, Controlling, or related field. Extensive experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling), including process expertise and system customization. Hands-on involvement in full-cycle SAP implementations and go-live projects. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA finance functionalities and project methodologies.
