Job description

Lead the delivery of two enterprise-critical data programs - Unify Analytics and Intel DS Next - that sit at the core of our data & analytics transformation: simplify analytics, enable cross-domain insights, and scale next-gen data platforms. Reporting line Embedded in the Europe data program; working closely with business leaders, data & analytics teams, and digital/platform organizations. Your role Bring discipline and transparency to the portfolio, align stakeholders and maximize value - from planning through execution and adoption. Your key responsibilities Governance & delivery

  • Run end-to-end delivery for Unify Analytics and Intel DS Next (roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks)
  • Ensure governance and reporting (steerco, decision forums, leadership updates)
  • Translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes; track progress and drive trade-offs

Coordination & execution

  • Act as the central coordination point across business, data, analytics and digital/platform teams
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy, standards and transformation priorities
  • Support change management and adoption to embed solutions in day-to-day operations

Programs in scope Unify Analytics

  • Drive convergence of analytics practices and alignment of KPIs, data models and analytics assets
  • Support simplification, standardization and reuse of analytics capabilities

Intel DS Next

  • Lead execution for the next-generation enterprise data platform
  • Coordinate domain onboarding and adoption readiness (governance, delivery, operating model)

Requirements

  • Proven project/program management in complex, cross-functional environments at least 10 years
  • Strong exposure to data, analytics or digital transformation initiatives
  • Very good knowlegde of GDPR regulations
  • Ability to engage business and technology stakeholders and influence senior leaders
  • Excellent structuring, prioritization and execution skills; comfortable with ambiguity
