IT Support Engineer

This role reports directly into the IT Manager, creating a small team to support an ever-growing business. As such you will get your hands on all hardware, server, applications and some dev tech. The full 360! Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing desktop support which will include solving and closing tickets
• Assisting with onsite hardware support and mobile devices
• Infrastructure maintenance
• Maintaining operating systems ensuring they are up to date and patched
• Hosting IT workshops with internal staff
• IT procurement and printer/photocopiers maintenance
• General administration and data processing to include auditing equipment and keeping asset register updated

• At least 1-2 years in a similar role

• Experience of VOIP Phone system technologies
• Subnetting/VLAN understanding
