Role/Job Title- ServiceNow Technical Architect Work Location- London, UK Mode of Working- Hybrid (2 to 3days) Duration of Assignment: 03 Months Other Working Conditions UK working hours, on call for high priority incidents The Role ServiceNow Technical Architect Required Technical Skill Set ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, ITAMService Catalog, Request, Workflow, Flow DesignerHRSD, Knowledge, Employee CenterSLM, Major Incident, Problem, ChangeNo of Requirements 1 Desired Experience Range 8+ Location of Requirement UK, India Your Responsibilities Understand Solution for the implementation or Maintenance of ServiceNow platformWork with Architect and customers for the technical requirements, document them, play back and baselineDevelop a design aligned with the Architecture (if applicable) and technical requirementsLead a team of ServiceNow developers, web designers, integration SMEs and QA analysts to build and deploy the applications meeting the customer requirementsPerform Sprint activities (if agile) with the customer and the team: Develop User stories from the requirementsEstimate effort, Work with the product sponsor to prioritize the user storesDo sprint planningAssign sprint activities to the teamAdvise Best Practices and provide technical solutions and/or workaround for the issues/requirementsTrack and share the status of sprint / user stories with the Project ManagerIdentify and manage risks and challengesEnsure the quality deployment of the product as per the designEnsure the security, resilience of the components as per the designYour Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience Experience as a Technical Architect in ServiceNowExperienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, understanding Architecture SolutionsUnderstanding customer business requirements and converting them to functional requirementsResponsible for reviewing requirements for accurate estimationExperienced in leading at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNowExpertise ServiceNow deployments, ITSM migrations, consolidations, upgrades, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertiseReview, and do proactive analysis and resolve application issues as neededMentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to teamVery good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standardsMust be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 foundationShould possess good knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologyDesirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience Handles customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports for customer as well as TCS managementGood communication in orchestrating customer requirements/needs, solutions, customer responsibilities, risks, challenges and impactsExcellent team management skills to manage the project team and membersParticipate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)TPBN1_UKTJ Similar jobs, Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.
