Job description
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Quantitative Trading Systems team, you will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of a large-scale automation platform used to structure, price, and issue financial products globally. You will work with a modern technology stack built on .NET, event-driven messaging, containerized deployments, and advanced monitoring frameworks. The role involves close collaboration with quantitative specialists, risk management teams, and trading desks to ensure the reliability and performance of a mission-critical environment operating across Europe and Asia., In this position, you will design and develop software solutions that directly support trading and product structuring workflows. You will contribute to risk management tools, automated pricing engines, and production-grade system components, all within an agile and DevOps-driven setup., * Designing, implementing, and testing software for pricing, trading, and product lifecycle automation.
- Developing tools to support risk management, hedging, and intraday monitoring.
- Contributing to an agile development environment embracing DevOps principles.
- Working closely with quantitative analysts, traders, and risk managers on functional and technical enhancements.
- Providing 2nd-level support for critical trading system components.
Requirements
- Academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in .NET / C# development.
- Track record of delivering high-quality software, ideally in a financial or quantitative environment.
- Curiosity and creativity in working with modern technologies and distributed architectures.
- Experience with DevOps tooling (e.g., GitOps, Helm, container platforms).
- Strong command of English; German skills are a significant advantage for daily collaboration.
